“Say Your Prayers and Eat Your Greens” Mr. Browne
Derwyn Browne is a classically trained guitarist who has served as a music educator for the past 15 years in Buford, Georgia. His personal mission is to help others grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through the gift of music. He inspires students, families, and communities through his roles as an educator, musician, community leader, performer, mentor, and coach.

Mr. Browne, as he is affectionately called in his local community, promotes the love of music with simplicity. For the last decade, he has successfully done this with classical guitar, overcoming the common perception that learning music is difficult.

He has a great appreciation of what makes each student special and he also believes in empowering students’ strengths to strive for excellence. Mr. Browne is determined to make a difference in every student’s life, both musically and in the whole individual’s development.

Mr. Browne’s mission brings people together through the universal language of music.
